There will be a memorial mass in St Peter’s church Rhode on Friday night at 8pm for the late Fr Tommy Swords who was laid to rest in Bloemfontein a month ago in South Africa.  The late Fr Tommy was a great follower of all Rhode and Offaly teams and indeed all Irish sports people in particular golfer Shane Lowery.  President of the Rhode GAA Club at the time of his death all members are requested to attend Fr.
