The Rhode GAA Lotto Jackpot was €3,800 and it took place on the 17th of June. The draw took place in Killeen’s.
The numbers drawn out were 17 22 24 25.
There were six winners with three matching numbers.

The lotto can be played online before 12 Noon on the date of the draw see the Rhode GAA Website / Facebook / Twitter or Contact your usual ticket seller for details. The draw will take place every Monday night and will be live on Facebook between 8 pm – 8:30 pm. Next week’s draw will be held in The Rhode Inn.
Rhode GAA Golf Classic
The annual Rhode GAA golf classic will take place on Friday 21st June. The classic returns to Portarlington Golf Club and is open to GUI and non-GUI players. Teams of four at €160 with tee-box sponsorship at €100.

Development Fund
We have an exciting year ahead with regard to developments at Fr. Dowling Park, and all proceeds from the 200 Club draw are ring-fenced in a separate bank account, held specifically for the development of our club.
Developments over the last 30 years
- Purchase of 9 acres of land and development of this land into pitches 2 and 3
- Purchase of a generator, lawnmower, gym equipment and cabins
- Installation of a walking track with floodlights
- Fencing of pitch 2 and floodlights on same
Plans for remainder of 2024
- Ball stops and nets for pitch 3 *
- New fencing for pitch 1 and upgrading of these floodlights *
- Purchase of 7 acres of land adjacent to our playing fields
- Planning permission application for construction of a clubhouse (including changing rooms, handball court, gym, meeting rooms)
*funding has already been secured for these developments
