The Offaly Under 21 Final between the Rhode parish team St. Michael\’s and the Edenderry parish team St. Patrick\’s is provisionally set for Daingean at 11.30am on Sunday morning. The best of luck to the team, panel and management team of Pat Daly, Johnny Mooney, Pauric Dunne and David.

Hard luck to Crinkle who were beaten by Castleknock of Dublin in the Leinster special Junior hurling championship on Sunday in O\’Toole Park Dublin on a score line of 1-18 to 1-9. Hard Luck also Kilcormac Killoughey who lost out to Naomh Olaf of Dublin also in O\’Toole Park on Sunday on a 2-8 to 0-9 score line. The best of luck to Birr Junior footballers who play Hunterstown Rovers of Louth in the Leinster Junior club champion on Sunday in Birr at 2.30pm.
The best of luck to Kilcormac Killoughey senior hurling team who play Wexford champions Oulart The Ballagh in O\’Connor Park at 2.30pm on Sunday. Best of luck also to Ballinamere who play Eire Og in the Leinster Junior hurling semi-final on Sunday.
There was no winner of the Rhode GAA Lotto for the week ending 4th of November for a Jackpot of €15,000. The numbers drawn were 12 20 25 30. The club like to thank all those who supported the draw and thanks to Killeen\’s for the use of their premises and for their help and cooperation. Sympathy is extended to the Smullen family on the death of Barney who was laid to rest last week in Co. Derry. Sympathy also to the Byrne family of Edenderry on the death of Hughie whose remains were interred to Edenderry cemetery on Monday. May they both Rest In Peace.
