Rhode GAA are holding a fundraising night on Saturday May 3rd at Mullingar Greyhound Stadium. The stadium has great facilities and can cater for people who can avail of the excellent food outlets which includes a restaurant and fast food outlets while there is also bar facilities for those wishing to have a drink. For those wishing to have a bet there are bookies and tote facilities there and you can also bet on the races in Shelbourne Park. Members of the committee will be approaching people of the businesses and individuals for sponsorship which will consist of the following ways.
1 Race Sponsorship €200 for full race or share a race ie two people can sponsor a race which will cost €100 each.
2 Advertising, You can advertise in the programme for the night costs €100 half a page costs €50
3 Dog sponsorship costs €20 pre dog
those who sponsor any of the above ways will receive a ticket or tickets for the night which includes admission in and race programme. A member of the committee will be in contact during the week regarding sponsorship. All proceeds will go to the day to day running of the club and to help the teams taking part in the championship and league which are currently running.
