There was no winner of the Rhode GAA Lotto for the week ending 9th of June for a Jackpot of €15,000. The numbers drawn were 2 3 9 20. The Offaly GAA Under 10 Blitz took place in Rhode on Sunday morning of last week from Rhode, Clara and Edenderry and the boy\’s had a great day of football. Thanks is expressed to all concerned with the blitz especially to all the members of the Rhode Og Minor Club who organised the blitz and everything went smoothly and thanks also to all the referees who also played their part in what was a great days entertainment especially for all the boys who took part.
Hard luck to all the Under 12 and Under 14 girls teams who in successive weeks lost their finals, the Under 12\’s were narrowly beaten after extra time.
