Offaly Minor Footballers
Congratulations to Offaly Minor footballers on reaching the Leinster Football Championship Final after defeating Kildare last weekend.
Offaly will now take on Meath on Sunday January 3rd 2021 in Parnell Park at 2 pm It looks like the game will be live on TG4.
We are represented by Dylan Kilmurray & Cian Murphy .

Rhode GAA Walking Track
Our walking track remains open for our members to exercise safely (once within 5km of your home)
Members are asked to obey signage and maintain Covid-19 social distancing measures.
Lotto
The Rhode GAA Lotto Jackpot is €2,200 and it took place on the 14th of December while adhering to strict guidelines.
The numbers drawn out were 18 21 25 28
There were one match three winner who won €200.

Pat Jones Bursary Award
Croí Laighean Credit Union has launched our 2021 Pat Jones Student Bursary Award. The prestigious award provides two winners with €6,000 each towards the cost of third level education. Over the past eight years, the bursary has contributed over €70,000 in bursary support to students in the common bond. The bursary is open to all sixth year students in secondary school in the common bond. Get well:
Get well wishes are extended to all of the people of the parish who are ill or hospitalised at the moment.
Sympathy
Deepest Sympathy is extended to the Spollen family on the passing of Ritchie Spollen Rathcobican. Ritchies Funeral mass took place on Sunday afternoon in St.Peter\’s Church Rhode followed by burial to the adjoining cemetery.
May Ritchie Rest In Peace.
