The Rhode GAA Lotto Jackpot, with a prize of €11,400, was drawn on March 10th. The event was hosted in Doyle.

The numbers drawn were 8, 19, 22 and 28. We congratulate the three winners who matched three numbers:

Lotto tickets can be purchased online up to 12 noon on the day of the draw. For further details, please visit the Rhode GAA website, Facebook, Twitter, or contact your usual ticket seller.

Draws take place every Monday night and are broadcast live on Facebook between 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM. The next draw will be held in Killeen.

St. Patrick’s Day Parade -Rhode 2025 

It’s that time of year again and plans are well underway for this year’s St Patrick’s Day parade. Like all other years it will start at 10am from the Rhode power station entrance. We look forward to you entering a float, and helping to make the parade a memorable and fun filled event. Entries are now open to all Commercial, Community, Sport & Walking Groups

Parade starts @ 10am from the Powerstation plus Prizes for the best float. All households along the Route are encouraged to decorate their homes with bunting and flags.

Our next and final meeting for organising St Patrick’s Day parade will take place next Tuesday night March 11th at 7.30pm in the front room of our Community Centre. As many Stewards and volunteers as possible are needed on the day. Thank you.

We are honored to announce  Mr Eugene Mulligan as  Rhode’s Grand Marshal for our 2025 St Patrick’s Day Parade. A legend in his own right having on two all Irelands and An All Star while playing for Offaly not alone his dedication and service to his Club Rhode and the Community, 

 

Club Membership:2025 

Rhode GAA/Rhode LGFA Membership is now open and we urge all members if possible to follow the online  option of registration/payment system https://www.foireann.ie

The foireann system can also be used by  players and non-players to register and pay online as a member of Rhode GAA and LGFA clubs. The deadline for general membership is March 31st ./ Ladies Deadline is the same 

An option to enter the 200 club draw is also available for online payment on https://www.foireann.ie  and there are options for payment by instalments also available.

The Membership Rates  are as Follows:    

200 club – €250

Family €180  (2 adults and all children) 

Adult player €100 (including Insurance )

Adult non-player €50

Student non-player / player €50

Youth player €60

O.A.P’s  €5

Gaelic 4 Mothers/others €25

Walking Track Membership €25 (Non Member of Rhode GAA Club)
