The Rhode GAA Lotto Jackpot was €17,600 and it took place on the 11th of December. The draw took place in Killeen.
The numbers drawn out were 10 11 17 18
There were three winners with three matching numbers who won €70 each.

The lotto can be played online before 12 Noon on the date of the draw see the Rhode GAA Website / Facebook / Twitter or Contact your usual ticket seller for details. The draw will take place every Monday night and will be live on Facebook between 8 pm – 8:30 pm. Next week’s draw will be held in The Rode Inn.

A total of €1,000 in extra prize money is on offer with all promoters entered into a draw for 5 X €100 payouts and every player entered in a draw for 10 X €50 payouts.
Our weekly lotto continues over the Christmas and New Year Holidays with our draws taking place on Wednesday December 27th and Tuesday January 2nd.

The 12 Workouts of Christmas
The community of Rhode has experienced more than its share of grief and suffering as a result of tragic losses due to mental health. Both Jigsaw Offaly and Rhode GAA are brilliant outlets and supports for us all in the battle against mental health issues and suicide.
This December 17th three of the Rhode GAA senior footballers; Shane Lowry, Ruairi Mc Namee and Conor Mc Namee will complete 12 different back-to-back workouts (The 12 Workouts of Christmas), to raise funds for both causes. The workouts will take 30 – 40 minutes to complete and will challenge all physical aspects.
This fundraiser means a lot as the loss of team members over the last few years has highlighted the importance of mental health support within the county and the country.
To get involved you can:
- Sponsor directly online via the iDonate page.
- Join the lads on the day to complete a workout with them and help raise funds (get in contact with any of the lads to book a time slot for a specific workout and receive your sponsorship card). The different workouts will be posted in the coming week.
- If you are a business that is looking to get involved you can sponsor a workout. Your business logo and description will be on show during the duration of the workout.
- Share any social posts to help spread the word
